SEMATECH is hosting this wiki space to encourage the open exchange of non-proprietary information among researchers and technologists working in the semiconductor industry. This is a collective space for dialogue on technical topics related to research, development, and manufacturing in semiconductors and emerging technologies. We encourage your participation, and ask only that you follow the Guidelines listed below.
Respect the rights of others
You may only submit content that you created or that you have permission to submit and that does not violate copyright, trademark, or any other rights of third parties. Do not post or publish copyrighted material on the wiki space without the express written consent of the copyright owner. We do not claim ownership of any content that you may submit.
Do not post or upload your company's or another's confidential or proprietary information.
When you make a reference to other content, where possible link back to the source. If not possible, provide a citation.
Respect your audience
Do not post or upload any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Do not make posts that contain advertisements, solicitations of business or spam.

Copyright
You understand that SEMATECH may copy information you post to the wiki space as part of its normal backup process, and to archive the information that is submitted and posted.
Do not copy or distribute material from the wiki space or site without written permission from the contributor/owner of the information.
Comply with all laws and regulations of the United States, including but not limited to laws dealing with Copyright and Export of technical data.
Nothing posted in the wiki space is to be construed as grant of any license, permission or right under any patent, trademark or copyrighted material of SEMATECH or any other party.
User names
Contributors must register using their first name (given name) and last name (family name) as user names. The wiki allows users to enter their name, with spaces. It is not necessary to enter firstname_lastname or firstname.lastname. Pseudonyms are not acceptable in this forum. Contributors not identifying themselves using their actual names will be removed.
Content Management
You acknowledge that SEMATECH is not obligated to pre-screen content submitted by contributors, but that SEMATECH shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is made available on the wiki by any user that violates the Guidelines or is otherwise objectionable. Contributors not following these guidelines will be removed and denied the ability to submit content in the future.
SEMATECH reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this wiki (or any part thereof) with or without notice. SEMATECH shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance.
